When I arrived at Barlesa I had the ambition of giving the company that my grandfather started 50 years ago a new kickstart. He used to say an old spanish saying: "the prawn that falls asleep will be taken by the flow".
Taking his words into account in Barlesa we believe that innovation is key in order to add value to a traditional product and to dynamize the sector.
